I thought your leaves look a lot like my Miltoniopsis leaves, including the crinkled ones. Here is a page that notes the difference between Miltonia and Miltoniopsis. Miltonia and Miltoniopsis (Pansy Orchids): Care Guide - Brilliant Orchids It shows a photo of ones that look just like yours (to me, who knows just about nothing about orchids). The flowers in the photo are not named, and it's not clear which of the two species is being shown, but if you go to save the photo, it's named Miltoniopsis-colors (about 1/3 of the way down the page, not the one at the top). A clear distinguishing feature that's mentioned is: "Miltonia orchids have two leaves on each side of the pseudobulb. The Miltoniopsis has only one." I don't understand what that means - would you have to take the plant out of the soil to see how that applies? There are a couple of other differences mentioned. I have the tag on mine, and I found the hybrid name on an orchid site identified as Miltoniopsis (my tag just says "Milt."). My flowers do not look like yours, and I don't seem to have a photo of mine. Maybe I wasn't so into taking photos the last time it bloomed! Or maybe I didn't rename the photo.
Crinkled leaves suggest not enough water/moisture. Common issue with these orchids. Not a big deal though, they are quite tough. Like most orchids.
