Appreciation: The rare and beautiful Queen of Sheba.

The Queen of Sheba is one of the rarest plants on Earth, only found in parts of Western Australia.

The endangered orchid is one of the most protected species in Australia and takes between seven and 10 years to flower.

One of the world's rarest plants has been sighted on Western Australia's south coast

 

Whoa, that's an audacious bloomer! Almost too much color.

 

I like how the petals and sepals look different from each other. Or maybe that's more common than I think.
