British Columbia: Ornamental Cherries - education opportunity offered by Douglas Justice

You can see from the attached flyer that UBCBG's Douglas Justice is offering a two-session course in the hope that refreshing or building up your knowledge about cherries will give some of you the confidence to lead a walk for the Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival. Note that there is a $25 fee, which covers both sessions. There are no pre-requisites for the course. I have been instructed to send this to current scouts and to people who could be interested who are not scouts, so if you are local to Vancouver and have an interest in ornamental cherries and wouldn't mind sharing what you learn about them, you are welcome to sign up.

Course dates are Feb 21 and March 8, 2025.
