Hello all, does anyone know if the NAB is doing a seed exchange this fall? I thought I had heard they were planning on it, but I can't find anything about it. all the best, K yle
Hey Kyle, why not ask Bill or Marielle? I know it was supposed to be planned, but haven't heard anything about it. We are preparing as usual. -E
Hey Kyle, I didn't get your mail, can you resend please? For those who didn't get a notice, here's the deal in 2025: TMSNA couldn't get it together to do a seed exchange. TMSBI had enough seed, so we offered to help out our bros. I don't really know how many we can send (at this late date, because the seed has shipped from England, but I don't have it yet), but I'm guessing around 7-8. If you're a member of TMSNA and you want to participate, the deal is: 1), contact me to find out if there's anything left, emery.davis@tmsbi.org. 2) a shipment is about 20 packets of seed. I don't know if there's going to much choice as to what's in the packets, but as usual, it's collected at max ripeness by our expert team, and has a phytosanitary certificate to leave England. That doesn't guarantee it will arrive wherever you are, but it's legal to send. 3) The cost of the program this year is £30, plus since we're doing this to help out, we ask that you increase this amount by the amount of contribution you find appropriate. Sorry about the price increase, but costs are way up on every front. 4) If all is copasetic, you make your payment as a donation, and the seed gets sent in your direction. It will be first-come-first-serve. We are trying to help out, but the word didn't really get out to TMSNA members in a timely enough way. Best, -E
