Hi all, we just got an 8ft. tall Ficus Audrey and I'm very nervous about the care it needs. I researched online, but there's nothing like the wealth of experience you all share. I've noticed tiny white dots and silks on the leaves. How do I clean it off? Wet cloth followed by insecticidal soap? What are some red flags to look for? I'm too nervous to even prune the poor thing so it fits in the space! Help! Please and thank you!

The very top of the tree is too close to the ceiling and remains poorly lit. Expect some deterioration of leaves and shoots there.
