Here is a video posted by a company that uses the same software. It's pretty close to how our system works:

The only thing I would add is that you can position your cursor and drag an uploaded photo to where you want it in the text.

Also, when he selected several photos, he might have had to be holding the Ctrl key. I'm not sure of that.
