..to another thread that's under Cacti and Succulents. It had been suggested by Eric and Frog that what I was dealing with was a form of slime mold I spotted on a cluster of Sedum. Subject cluster was removed and I thought it had been tossed, but it wasn't. My wife thought we should re-hydrate it and pot it up. So it went into a shallow tray with some water and when I took a peek at it this morning I was surprised by what I saw. The pictures were taken around 10.45AM and by 2.30PM all the mold was gone.
GS, photo updates ain't happening, what you see is what I got - well I have a few more as part of a sequence with focus shifted between images, the posted ones are the best examples. The mold has gone, nothing left to photograph, sorry.
