We recently started making citrus sorbet and slushies with the juice from the fruit produced by our collection of citrus plants. We purchased a Ninja Creami deluxe and it works wonderfully at making absolutely delicious citrus sorbets and slushies from the fruit we harvest.

For those wondering what to do with the large amount of fruit that citrus plants can produce this makes a great additional way of enjoying your bountiful harvest. Our usual process (apart from the fruit we eat...

This weekend we had another lovely harvest of citrus fruit as can be seen in the photo. Even with the severe cold outside (reached below -10C here!) our little greenhouse is kept just a smidge above 0C using gazebo heaters and the plants have thrived.

We have been steadily harvesting lovely baskets of citrus fruit from our collection of 58 different kids of citrus. This Sunday we picked Kiyomi Tangors,...

I was gifted a key lime a month ago. It lost all of its leaves except 5 before it travelled from Winnipeg to my home in Sask. I placed it in a southern exposure and its now full of buds that are beginning to flower. I’ve only ever given it lukewarm water when I couldn’t feel any wetness an inch down, however she still only has 5 leaves.
I haven’t transplanted it yet and not sure if I should or wait till spring.
Do I thin out some of the flower buds or leave them? Will the leaves come back....

I live in Canada, and I brought my lemon tree inside a few weeks ago for the winter. I keep it under a grow light for 8 hours a day and water deeply every one to two weeks.

Ever since I brought in indoors, it's been struggling. The leaves (it starts in the veins) turn yellow and then they fall off. It's lost a lot of leaves already and I'm trying to prevent more loss.

It has a few small lemons that grew over the summer. They're still quite small so I'm wondering if it's normal for them to...
