Dr. Hennie Van Vuuren, Director, UBC Wine Research Ctr., will give a presentation entitled Genetically Engineered Wine Yeasts - A New Era in Wine Making on Thursday May 26, 2005. The seminar will be held in MSL Auditorium, 4:00 pm.
