Workshop for Microarray Analysis
Silicon Genetics, in conjunction with the Array Facility at VGH, will be offering a 4-day GeneSpring workshop April 5-9 in Vancouver.
The material covered will consist of Microarray Data Analysis courses level 1-4 (over 3 days) and Statistics and Algorithms on the 4th day (link below). To support the accelerated schedule, a required pre-reading list for those new to GeneSpring and attending the course will be supplied before the workshop.
There is room for 20 people in the workshop. Assuming all the seats in the course are booked (as the course is costed per instructor and not per student), the cost will be ~$1,200 CDN per person for the 4 days (payable to VGH). This includes the cost of Silicon Genetics providing the laptops loaded with GeneSpring software. This does not include any refreshments, in order to keep the price low; the classroom is located very close to a number of cafes and restaurants.
Please RSVP by e-mail to John Cloustonso that the course numbers and price per seat can be finalized.
