February 11, 2007 : Improving Accessibility in the Garden
A bit of disruption leading to better things.
Many people found the pathway that joins the tunnel to the Food Garden a bit too steep. This winter, contractors with heavy machinery corrected the problem. It's helping us become "A garden accessible to all." This area will become phase 1 of the new Garry Oak Woodland Meadow. Watch for new plantings this spring.
