Oxalis Care?

I got a oxalis regnellii 'triangularis', the kind with dark purple triangular leaves. It's in a 4" pot, used to have 4 leaves but one older one died. I think it's natural for plants to shed older leaves, but very wrong if plants shed leaves but no new ones appear. That's the problem. It isn't growing anything at one. No new leaves. Nothing. I don't know what I'm doing wrong...if anyone can give me some tips on how to grow oxalis, that'll be wonderful! Thanks for any help!
