please help identify 2 plants.
there are two plants in my office that I need to identify so I can research how to take better care of them. I am including five photos in hopes that someone will be able to tell me what these are. any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi the one on the floor is a Philodendron Pertusum (Monstera deliciosa)

Sorry no idea of the palm

The palm looks like Livistona chinensis, Chinese Fan Palm.
