what is this plant

Hello, can you all help me with this plant I.D? It has smooth leaves, three to a stem, creamy, jagged borders and it feels delicate. It drives me crazy, all of these 4" size plants never have names on the labels, only "tropical plant".

Looks like a young variegated specimen of Dizygotheca elegantissima, False Aralia.

Thanx Junglekeeper, I think you are correct. I have another one for you or anyone else. I think it might be a Draceana, but if so , which one?

It could be Dracaena but it's hard to tell for sure from the photo. It might also be some species of Yucca.

I believe that the common name for this plant is the Dracaena Compacta. But for exact identification and care of plant in the Dracaena Species please follow this link:

There are quite a few specimans to inquire, in fact this website is full of information.
