Forking-fern (Dicranopteris linearis) Tasmania

Fern (Dicranopteris linearis) growing at the roadside, Strahan, Tasmania, Australia, February, attracted my attention as it created very attractive pattern.

It is an excellent pattern-type photo - but too small for me to use on BPotD, unfortunately.

Generally, 800px on one dimension - the other dimension can be as small as 450px or so.

Your link answered the first question that came to mind, which was if it's found in the USA. Which it is - Hawaian Islands.
