Palm tree help

I have this white fuzz all over my palm trees. The palm trees are in pots
and indoors. Also, the center growths seem to be stuck together with
white on the edges. What do I do to fix this? I was told to rub the
leaves with rubbing alcohol and fertilize...is this good advice?

You have mealy bug, you should get rid of it because it will kill your plant. you can use a insecticidal soap or dilutedrubbing alcohol.
