Identifity Plant

I need help identifiying this plant and proper care of this one.The leaves keep falling off,eventhough it has many small stems on it. Thank you for your time.

You have a Schefflera arboricola, its very normal for them to drop leaves, especially if they are lower on the branch. This plant need bright light with some direct light and quite a bit of water.

Arent you supposed to let Schefflera arboricola dry out between waterings? I only ask because i have a little arboricola in my room and would like to know if i'm watering it wrong.

I let mine dry out, but if it gets too dry it will drop its leaves. yes sorry i forgot to mention to let it dry between waterings, thank you for noticing my error.
