Please Help ID Plant

I'm going to be the recipient of a number of office plants that are being abandoned due to a site relocation. This is the first I've brought home.

These seem to be individual plantlets (for lack of a better description) growing together. The leaves average 4-6" long by 1 1/2" wide. I've repotted into basic potting soil & for the moment have it in a bright/filtered light location. Please advise as to the ID & correct care for this plant.

There will be more requests for IDing plants to some, so thanks ever so much in advance

Lighting is correct, water only when thoroughly dry.
