grey bugs

I have little grey flea like bugs in all my soil, I don't know where they came from but all my palms have them, but they seem to be benefical to them or should I be worried, if they are not benefical how do I get rid of them. I have used a indoor plant pest control and that doesn't seem to touch them. All I know is that they hate water when I water my palms they seem to try to get away from it. Thank you for future help.

Re: grey bugs

Search "fungus gnats" and see if that fits.
