Help identifying plant
Has anyone ever seen this plant and/or know anything about it? I'm thoroughly stumped. It looks like a type of palm to me, but I am not sure. Any help is appreciated!

Could be Euphorbia leuconeura, Madagascar Jewel. Contrast with Euphorbia lophogona, Randramboay.
