Need help, what's going on here?

Hi there. I'm a guy with the only experience I have with green is cutting the grass. I bought 3 house plants within the last week and all 3 are starting to look very funny. I have no clue what's happening to them. I've attached some pics where hopefully someone can help me. thanks

the dragon tree is next to my TV and a doorway. The other 2 are in a corner on either side of my sofa. The second plant in the picture is probably 1 1/2 feet from a floor vent and next to the window with the shades shut.

Are they getting any filtered light? Are they in dark shade? Most tropical plants prefer indirect filtered light that is moderately bright. Just not direct sunlight.

You need to let them dry out before watering them again, and get they some light.

Re: Need help, what's going on here?

first question would be do you have any pets? and if not it looks like you have leaf spot it is caused by fungus . Fungal spores are spread from plant to plant by splashing water. The spores germinate on the wet leaf within a matter of hours you have more spots. Clip off badly spotted leaves. Keep foliage dry to prevent spreading if it continues go to your local garden center and buy some fungicide containing chlorothalonil

Re: Need help, what's going on here?

It does look to me like cold damage

What was the temperature outside when you bought them (below freezing?)? Did the store wrap them before you took them out to your truck? Even if they were wrapped, any leaves against the wrapping could still have been frost damaged...worse still if it was windy.
