    Hi ...

I am not a botanist; merely an enthusiatic photographer.

I am not able to find difference between Eranthemum roseum vs. Eranthemum pulchellum.

I have few pictures of particular species found at National Park near Mumbai, India ... I have uploaded them at:

Though I find on the internet, many instances of E. pulchellum AND it quite looks like what I have in my pictures, I found E. roseum at http://www.flowersofindia.net/catalog/slides/Dasmuli.html

Please clear my doubt. Thank you very much in advance.

I haven't been able to find much information on E. roseum. The books we have at UBC unfortunately don't cover much of India - only Sikkim.

The flora I have contains Eranthemum pulchellum, and from what I can tell, the photos match the description for this plant - but without knowing how the two species compare, I can't affirm anything.
