Lipstick vine / goldfish plant Help.

Could someone please tell me the best way to propaganate a new plant from my mother plant's, so far I have had no luck! thank you.

What do you mean by "start"? Cuttings? What have you tried? etc...?

i have tryed cuttings yes by leaving them in water also tryed a rooting hormone nothing seems to work

Well, cuttings are the standard way of starting these plants. I suggest that you don't stick them in water. Even if you get roots they are ill suited to life in soil.

If rot then they're too wet. If they didn't root then they're too dry. Try making 4" cuttings, cut off the lowest leaves, and dip in hormone just past the "node" where the leaves were. Then pot them up in clean, new soil and water. Once they have sat for a good while to drain place the whole lot in a clear plastic bag and set it where it will get bright indirect light.
