Identification Help: Never Seen this Plant Flower Before

I can't seem to get the image tag option to come on, but if someone could just follow the links above and shed some light on what type of plant I have both my wife and I would appreciate it very much.

I'm sure it is a very common plant, but I don't know much about them, we just picked this one up from the local grocery store a few years ago and this is the first time it has bloomed.

pothos vine and corn plant on top, dracaena massangeana or perhaps renamed.. dracaena fragrans..

Hi Josh,

I agree with the id of the plants but notice that the pot may be too small causing the browning tips. Check to see if it needs repotting. If there is alot of chlorine in your water that could also be causing the browning tips.
