whats wrong with my Croton?

I purchased 2 croton plants at seperate times one then the other a few months later. so when I got the 2nd one I just bought a 8" pot and put the two together, well the 1st one that I had got is doing great, but the 2nd looks like kinda week almost like its not getting enough light and it won't grow any new foliage. can somebody help my poor croton? Im open to any suggestions.

it might just being going through a shock right now from being transplanted .. and i would also check for bugs on it ..
