What is it?

Hello there,

can anyone here tell us what we have here...? We planted it from a seed like 1,5 years ago, could be some exotic fruit...unfortunately we cannot remember...now we are dying to know...

Many thanks in advance

Re: What is it?

Nothing exotic about, either grapefruit or lemon tree. Definately citrus.

Re: What is it?

Interesting leaves. The tree might be a species of Inga. Some possibilities: I. edulis, Ice Cream Bean;
I. feuillei, Pacay.

Thank u very much junglekeeper! Seems to be Inga banana or uruguensis...we still wonder where the seed came from, probably picked it up at the botanical garden....

Re: What is it?

Citrus do not have compound leaves with leaflets arranged along a straight rachis.
