need help identifying and caring for 2 plants...

i bought these over the weekend. they didn't come with any tags indicating what they are or how to care for them. can anyone advise me on this?

how much sun? water? etc?

first plant has green leaves with reddish stripes on the outside. is about 15 inches tall.

second plants has green leaves with yellowish stripes on the outside. is about 2.5 feet tall.

thanks!

Both appear to be cultivars of Dracaena marginata, Madagascar Dragon Tree. The first looks to have green, gold, and red present. Based on that my guess would be 'Tricolor'. However your description mentions only green and red which makes it the species. The second may be 'Variegata' based strictly on description as I have never seen it before.
