Topographic map of Grasshopper Mountain

Associated Article: A Floristic and Ecological Analysis at the Tulameen Ultramafic (serpentine) Complex, southern British Columbia, Canada

Davidsonia, Vol 14 (4): unpublished

Quote:
Unpublished: A topographic map of Grasshopper Mountain showing the ultramafic and non-ultramafic sides. Coloured areas represent ultramafic bedrock (the yellow is variously serpentinized dunite). Grey areas are meta-volcanic and meta-sedimentary (non-ultramafic) bedrock. The mountain has a relatively flat top with steep sides and both ultramafic and non-ultramafic peaks of the same altitude. Adapted from Nixon et al. (1997).
