Identification Help: looking for id

I have had this plant for approximately 15 years I don’t remember the name is I am looking for help. It doesn’t flower every year & not all the plants have flowers.

it is a Hindu Rope and a beautifull lil bud you have there ... i have a tricolored one and havent had it bud yet .. i would love to see it bloom .. they are one of the most beautifull and unusual plants around ..
