Not much to go on in this picture but might be spider plant (Chlorophytum).

In my experience, spider plants with the white stripe can lose their variegation when they don't get enough light. If you want the stripe, try moving it to a sunnier location, you may be surprised.

Sorry to dissagree....there are different varieties, varigated, reverse varigated and all green. There is also a curley variety. I'm sure there are more that I'm not aware of too.

I agree, my spider plants have always been all green, regardless of sunlight. Unfortunately they also make a tastey winter snack for my cat. I end up moving them weekly to keep him from demolishing them. :-)

Absolutely. I have an all green Spider that I put outside in a sunny location every summer. It's growing beautifully but has never gotten the white stripe. Just a different variety.

there is regular green spider plants and then there is the variegated spider plants ..an all green one will never turn variegated no matter how much light it gets .. it has to be the varieagated form ..
the one in your pic is just a regular green one .. you will have to get it in a pot with drainage as it can not sit in that jar .. you can put it in a small pot .. they like to be rootbound in order to set of the trailing babys .. it may take some time .. and they love bright sun ..
