Identification Help: Help... What is this?

Can someone tell me what kinda of plant this is? I have had it for several months now and it hasn't flowered, but I want to make sure I care for it properly.

It's a fern, likely a Birds nest fern (Asplenium sp.). Like all ferns, it will never have flowers...strictly foliage plants. Perhaps someone on this board knows the species & variety?
