Common Houseplant
hello all plant lovers, experts and greenthumbs. I have a few plants I'm trying to identify. Any ideas? The first is a succulent and the second is just the photo of the flower.

Some kind of Echeveria (Hens& Chickens type), but there are a lot of similar but differently named ones out there.

The second picture is of an Asclepias. This page has a discussion of two similar species Asclepias tuberosa (butterfly weed) and A. curassavica. I would guess A. curassavica but the true test is to pinch off a leaf and see if it has a milky sap or a clear sap. The clear sap indicates A. tuberosa. At least I think I read that page correctly and that is the one.. Harry
