Unknown plant
I recently bought this little plant (now about 6" or 15 cm high) at a church sale and

It looks like a very young Madagascar Jewel,
Euphorbia leuconeura . I don't have any experience with this species, but provided it gets sufficiently bright light and is watered sparingly, it should thrive easily.
