What is this plant

Can any one tel me what this plant is. I have had it a couple of years and it has grown at least 4 times its size. It blooms twice a year, long stems and a cluster of white blossoms. It grows out of the center in 3 seperate stalks about 1 1/4 ' accross. The leaves keep growing out of the end of each stalk and the old ones in the center fall off. It has red "hair" on the stems and leaves. How do I take care of it. Here are 2 photos. Can this plant be divided, pruned?

Re: What is this plant

It looks like some type of Begonia to me but I have no idea what type.
