Does anyone know what this plant is and how to care for it? The pictures aren't that great, sorry.

Looks like a cultivar of Dieffenbachia amoena, Dumb Cane.

Yes, Dieffenbachia amoena. Bright filtered light except in winter, then it should have some direct sunlight. Warm temperatures, never below 60°, and high humidity. Moderate water.
