Air Ferns

recently i bought an air fern. the guy i bought it from said that i had to soak it in water twice a week for about an hour. well i did some reasurch but each source i went to would always contradict what another source said. so now i have barely any idea how to take care of my air fern. its just that practicly all the places i went to to get information said that air ferns come from the bottom of some Channel and are dyed green. so why doesnt an air fern need water? is this true? and exactly how do i take care of my air fern? BTW:i have a tendency to name my plants and i named my air fern "Tiffany" :D

Re: Air Ferns

I've had good success soaking them about once every two weeks. Check out this site: http://www.rainforestflora.com/care.htm
