Advice PLEASE for my lovely Dieffenbachia

Hi...
I have noticed that all the leaves of one complete plant of my Dieffenbachias is getting faint in colour....!!! the dark green is getting lighter and lighter each day.....I had the same problem with a previous plant after recultivation and was dead.....
please I need your EXPERT ADVICE.......

What conditions is it in that are different from your others - like sun exposure, soil type, watering sched., etc.?

nothing like that in the others...
this one is getting fainter as time goes on...
the others are good in condition but was asking about the curling that's all....

give it a good misting and see if you can see any webbing .. it might be spider mites.. if it is then i would give it a good showering off and use some mite spray ..
