Plan Iddentification and care

I have a Massangeana. It resides in a guest bedroom that is infrequently used and the temp is on average 66%. The plant is not doing well and I don't know what to do. I have posted a picture to help with the diagnosis. Thanks

Re: Plan Iddentification and care

A bigger pot might be needed fairly soon. Otherwise, houseplants generally suffer from low humidity, low light levels and mites. Often it is also too hot indoors for certain kinds to do well, however it sounds like your room is on the cool side in this case.
