Name that plant

Hi, does anyone know the name of this plant? As you can see from the photo, it's not doing so well in my care. Does anyone have any handy hints on how I can revive it?

I do beleive this is your plant but you just have the variegated form.. here is some info that might help ya

Schefflera actinophylla or 'Umbrella Tree', my guess from photo. Native to Australia. Likes decent light normally grown outdoors. Plenty of water through summer. Hope this helps

Thanks for the help guys. I have her in a sunnier spot now so we'll see if she pulls through the Irish winter, unfortunately the sun makes rare appearances at this time of year.
