Re: norfolk pine indoor care
Wow, I can't believe no one has ever responded to this thread! In case anyone reads this, and would like to know, here is some information. I had a Norfolk Island Pine for 5 years inside my apartment, and it thrived!
I gave it full sun everyday. It loved to be misted on a regular basis, and fertilized with a 30-10-10 every 2-3 weeks. It grew taller and produced new tiers every few months. Over time, no matter what you do, some of the lower branches will turn brown and fall off! Some people prefer to get a new plant, if their old one looks spindly, but mine didn't for many years. All and all, it's a pretty easy plant to care for. Hope this helps someone because I know this is a fairly popular plant.
