If You've Submitted a Message and You Can't Find It

If you are revisiting the forums and trying to find your message, one way to do this is to use the Search button in the upper green navigation bar. Click on the button and enter a relevant keyword from the message you posted. If you've registered and posted a message, a more precise way to do this is to click on the Search button, then click on Advanced Search. On that page, in the field "Search by User Name", enter your User Name and then click on "Search Now".

Updated: Tip: Find Your Posts The Easy Way

I've added links to "Find Your Posts" in the right hand sidebar and in the Forum Links dropdown in the upper green navigation bar. One or two clicks away! Only available after you've registered (couldn't work any other way).

Tip: Email Notifications

A good way of being reminded where your post is located AND being notified when a reply has been made is to use the email notification service. Before you submit your post, scroll down the page to the Additional Options box. Under the "Thread Subscription" dropdown, choose a frequency of email notification (e.g., instant, daily, weekly).

Please note that you must have your options set to receive emails from forum administrators for this to work.

Does this only find the first post? I submitted a second post quite a while ago and it still only shows me the first post. Thanks.

I'm talking about the FIND MY POSTS feature to see what I've posted, not any responses to the post. I guess it takes a while. I just tried an hour later and it is now finding them.
