Welcome Anew!
Long-time visitors to the garden will note a few changes as the garden greets spring. Garden staff have been busy redesigning and renewing the main garden entrance.
Gone are the foul-smelling Eurya japonica plants, the green blob of Ilex x wandoensis, the voracious Sambucus nigra f. laciniata and a number of other “tired” plants.
Instead, visitors will now be immediately greeted with the elegant Lagerstromia faurei, the fragrant Osmanthus serrulatus and the columnar Fraxinus sikkimensis among many new highlights.
